24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Scheduling Policies: When scheduling an appointment, late arrivals will receive the remaining time left of their initial appointment time and will be required to pay in full. Your service starts the moment the therapist takes you back for service and ends the moment you leave the treatment room. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a cancellation fee. A deposit is required for anyone who has a history of violations to our cancellation policy.
